Tasting Note
Intense blackcurrant, mulberry and cassis with violet, graphite and dark chocolate notes. Plush mid-palate, polished creamy tannins, bright acidity and an extraordinarily long, refined finish.

Food Pairing
Western: grilled ribeye, roast lamb, aged cheddar, mushroom ragù. Asian: Korean BBQ (bulgogi), char siu pork, Sichuan pepper beef, soy‑glazed mushrooms and umami-rich hotpots.

Production Method
Estate fruit (Blocks 10 & 5) hand-harvested; 57/43 blend; matured ~16 months in French oak hogsheads (100% one-year-old); bottled under natural cork.
