Tasting Note

Dense blackberry and plum fruit with tarry, licorice and dark chocolate notes; cedar and vanilla oak spice, finely grained tannins, fresh acidity and a long, savory finish.

Fermented as Shiraz and matured ~12 months in French and American hogsheads and puncheons (approx. 25% new French, 25% new American; remainder one‑year‑old).
