Rich blackcurrant and blackberry with mulberry, cedar, black pepper, coffee and dark chocolate notes; plush, polished, balanced, with fine-textured tannins and integrated oak.

Western: grilled lamb, ribeye steak, roast beef, aged cheddar. Asian: Peking duck, char siu, Korean BBQ, beef rendang, miso-glazed aubergine.

Production Method
Blend of Napa Valley and South Australian Cabernet; fermented and matured ~16 months in French and American oak (majority new), finished in bottle before release.
