Tasting Note
Concentrated dark-fruited Cabernet: blackberry, cassis, black pepper, espresso and dark chocolate with floral violet lift; finely structured tannins and a long, savory finish.

Western: grilled ribeye, roast lamb, beef Wellington, aged cheddar. Asian: Korean BBQ (bulgogi), Chinese char siu or braised beef, Sichuan beef, Japanese teriyaki steak.

Production Method
Blended from selected Napa Valley and South Australian Cabernet parcels; matured 16 months in French oak (80% new) and American oak (20% new) barriques.
