Tasting Note

Concentrated blackcurrant, blackberry and black fig with exotic spice, licorice, bitter orange and dark chocolate. Fine-grained tannins, juicy acidity and a steely, savory finish.

Production Method

100% Cabernet Sauvignon sourced from Napa Valley and selected South Australian sites; fermented using Penfolds protocols and matured ~16–17 months in French (≈80% new) and American oak.
