Dense blackcurrant, blackberry and dark cherry with mocha, cedar, sandalwood, hazelnut and a menthol lift. Bright acidity, fine close‑knit al‑dente tannins and a long, savory finish with roasted‑meat and dark‑chocolate notes.

Food Pairing

Western: grilled ribeye, roast lamb, braised short ribs, aged cheddar. Asian: Korean BBQ (bulgogi, galbi), char siu, Peking duck, spicy Sichuan beef or beef rendang.

Production Method

100% Cabernet Sauvignon blended from Napa Valley and South Australia; matured ~16 months in 80% new French and 20% new American oak. Barrel ferment influence adds mocha and texture.
