Tasting Note
Aromas of dark cherry, blackberry, forest floor and toasted spice. Palate shows ripe red and black fruits, subtle oak, earthy/mushroom notes, silky tannins and a long, savory finish.

Production Method
Fermented with some whole-cluster and wild yeast; matured ~10 months in French oak (≈25% new).
