Tasting Note
Bright ruby; aromas of blackberry, plum and dried cherry with gentle oak spice. Lively acidity, ripe dark-fruit core, silky-medium tannins and a long savory, persistent finish.

Pizza, tomato-based pasta, roasted or grilled red meats, braised pork, charcuterie, medium-aged cheeses; Asian: Korean BBQ (bulgogi), teriyaki beef, Chinese-style braised pork, miso-glazed eggplant.

Production Method
15–20 day controlled-temperature maceration in stainless steel; 8–9 months aging in oak (30–40% barrique, remainder in large 50 hl barrels); blended, filtered and bottled.

Pelissero is a family-owned estate in Treiso (Langhe), producing wines since 1960 using estate-grown fruit across ~42 ha, focused on indigenous Piedmont varieties.
