Tasting Note
Pale lemon; opulently scented with mandarin, pineapple, honeydew, citrus blossom, green apple, kaffir lime and oriental spice over steely mineral notes. Rich yet precise palate, textured mouthfeel, gentle sweetness balanced by bright acidity and phenolics, slight spritz, long resonant finish.
