Citrus and tropical perfume with steely mineral spine: grapefruit, lychee, green apple and lime sherbet with rose petal and a flinty note. Crisp, slightly off‑dry, energised mouthfeel and a long, salivating finish.

Western: roast pork, grilled scallops, goat cheese, citrus ceviche. Asian: Thai green curry, Vietnamese seafood salad, sushi/sashimi, light Chinese stir-fries with ginger and lime.

Production Method
