Tasting Note
Expressive red-cherry and raspberry fruit with rose-petal and dried orange peel notes, slate minerality, black truffle and savory herbs. Silky, dense palate with grainy tannins, spice and a long mineral finish.

Production Method
Hand-harvested old-vine Garnacha; indigenous-yeast fermentations in stainless steel, oak vats and amphorae; aged 24 months in 500–600L oak barrels; minimal intervention.

Produced by Compañía de Vinos Telmo Rodríguez from 80+ year Garnacha bush vines on slate slopes around Cebreros. Small-production project recovering old vineyards; collaborator involvement includes Carlos Sainz. 2019 yield produced ~3,295 bottles.
