Tasting Note
Mineral-driven Garnacha: red cherries, raspberries and mulberry with granite/rocky minerality, wild herbs, black pepper and subtle liquorice. Fine-grained tannins, lively acidity and an elegant, long finish.

Roast lamb, grilled pork, mushroom risotto, aged Manchego, charcuterie; Asian: Peking duck, char siu, Korean BBQ, spicy Sichuan dishes, yakitori.
Production Method
Hand-harvested old-vine Garnacha; organic farming. Fully destemmed, native-yeast fermentation in stainless tanks; aged 18–24 months in large (500–600L) French oak barrels; low-intervention winemaking.

Produced by Pegaso (Telmo Rodríguez project) from bush-trained old vines (El Robledillo, El Mojón) at 800–1,000m on granitic soils. Marc Isart leads winemaking since 2016.
