Tasting Note
Perfumed red-fruit core of strawberries and raspberries with iron, grapefruit and wet-stone minerality; subtle bacon/soy and bergamot notes. Powdery texture, bright acidity and fine chalky tannins; long, ethereal, precise finish.

Food Pairing
Roast lamb, grilled pork, mushroom risotto, roast chicken; Asian: yakitori, Korean BBQ, char siu, teriyaki salmon, grilled mackerel with soy.

Production Method
Organic, low-intervention viticulture. Hand-harvested Garnacha fermented in oak, stainless steel and clay; aged ~18 months in 500–600L French oak, minimal sulfur at bottling.
