Fresh red cherry and raspberry, floral and wild herb notes, stony slate minerality, white pepper and savory spice; medium‑full, vibrant acidity and fine grip, long saline finish.

Production Method
Organically farmed old-vine Garnacha; hand-harvested, indigenous yeast fermentation, extended maceration, aged ~18 months in 500–600L French oak (new & used), minimal sulfur, low‑intervention.
