Perfumed nose of blackcurrant, plum, rose petal and subtle spice. Silky entry with medium body, ripe tannins, mineral backbone and dark chocolate notes; long, graceful finish.

Production Method

Hand‑harvested, rigorous plot selection; traditional fermentation in stainless steel/temperature‑controlled vats with gentle extraction, malolactic in tank, and élevage in French oak barrels (portion new) for c.12–20 months.
