Tasting Note

Deep black-cherry and blackberry core with violet and cedar aromas, graphite/mineral streak, fine-grained tannins, bright acidity and a long chalky, saline finish. Balanced, concentrated and ageworthy.

Production Method

Hand-harvested; parcel-by-parcel vinification with gravity/concrete vats, indigenous yeasts, extended maceration; aged 16–18 months in French oak (≈50% new).
