Tasting Note
Concentrated black cherry and blackberry with violets, graphite, cocoa and mineral lift; full-bodied, ripe yet silky tannins, lively acidity and a long, polished finish.

Production Method
Manual harvest; plot-by-plot vinification with destemming and gravity vatting of whole berries; indigenous yeasts; malolactic in barrel; 16–20 months in new/one-wine oak (≈50–60% new).
