Tasting Note
Perfumed black fruits and violets with cassis, black cherry, licorice and slate minerality. Full-bodied, layered, with refined grainy tannins, vivid acidity, cocoa and truffle notes and a long, focused finish.

Production Method
Hand-harvested; destemmed; gravity vatting and plot vinification; fermentation with indigenous yeasts; malolactic in barrels; aged ~16–20 months in French oak (about 60% new).
