Tasting Note
Smoky, meaty core of red and black berry preserves with violet, pepper, leather and mineral notes; savory soy and roasted meat accents, velvety texture and a long, smoky finish.

Production Method
Hand-harvested Syrah; hand-sorted, destemmed/lightly crushed; extended maceration (3–4 weeks); aged 15–18 months in French oak (≈20% new).
