Tasting Note
Bright, silvery pale-gold. Floral acacia, white peach and citrus zest on the nose. Lively attack, full mid-palate of stone fruit and white peach, mineral and saline-driven finish with clean, lingering freshness.

Production Method
Hand-harvested; whole-bunch pressing; low-temperature fermentation (~2 weeks) in thermo-regulated stainless tanks; 6 months on fine lees in stainless; certified organic viticulture.
