Tasting Note
Perfumed, deep red-fruited Pinot: dark cherry, pomegranate and blood orange with rose petal, menthol and subtle savory red-clay/mineral notes. Silky texture, bright acidity, fine-grained tannins and a long, lifted finish.

Production Method
Hand-harvested fruit; native-yeast fermentation with ~15% whole-cluster inclusion; 5-day cold soak, ~17-day maceration; aged ~15 months in French (Allier) oak (portion new).
