Tasting Note
Ripe red and black cherry, black raspberry and cranberry with rose and forest-floor notes, crushed-rock minerality, baking spice and vanilla. Silky, satin texture, polished tannins, bright acidity and a long, perfumed finish.

Production Method
Hand-harvested fruit; ~15% whole-cluster, indigenous fermentations with 5-day cold soak and extended maceration, gentle punchdowns; spontaneous malolactic in barrel; aged ~15 months in French oak (≈30% new); bottled unfined and unfiltered.
