Tasting Note
Red apple skin, Asian pear, Meyer lemon, apricot and nectarine with gardenia and baking-spice undertones; satiny texture, bright acidity and saline minerality, finishing long and seamless.

Whole-cluster pressed cold; barrel-fermented with indigenous yeasts; aged sur lies with bi-weekly bâtonnage; spontaneous malolactic; matured in new and neutral French oak; unfined and unfiltered.
