Tasting Note
Aromas of Bing cherry, raspberry, lavender and rose petals; palate shows black cherry, bergamot, black tea and forest-floor earth. Silky texture with bright acidity, polished tannins and a long, mineral-tinged finish.

Production Method
Hand-sorted fruit; ~15–16% whole-cluster inclusion; 5-day cold soak, ~15–17 day maceration; fermented in small open-top stainless tanks with indigenous yeasts; spontaneous malolactic in barrel; 15 months in French oak (≈50% new); bottled unfined/unfiltered.
