Tasting Note

Bright citrus, green apple, pear and white florals with stone-fruit and tangerine. Silky medium–full body with toasty oak, brioche, saline minerality and a long, chalky finish.


Food Pairing

Roasted chicken, lobster with beurre blanc, creamy mushroom risotto; seared scallops, miso-glazed black cod, sushi (fatty cuts), pork belly, Thai coconut curry.


Production Method

Barrel-fermented and aged on the lees in French oak (approx. 16–18 months) with a portion in new oak and gentle malolactic influence; minimal intervention to showcase site.
