White peach, baked apple and tangerine with honeysuckle, toasted spice, brioche and saline minerality; vibrant acidity, creamy mid-palate and a long honeyed, sage-cream finish.

Production Method
Estate-grown old Wente clone on Goldridge soils; hand-harvested early; fermented and aged in French oak (partial new), with partial malolactic and sur-lie aging to build texture.
