Tasting Note
Rich and layered: brioche, Bosc pear, quince, Meyer lemon, honeyed spices and saline minerality. Creamy, full palate with bright acidity and a long, mineral-laced finish.

Production Method
Whole-cluster pressed and cold barrel-fermented (largely indigenous yeasts); spontaneous malolactic in barrel. Aged ~15 months in French oak (approx. 50–60% new) sur lie with regular bâtonnage; bottled unfined/unfiltered.
