Tasting Note
Concentrated, inky Cabernet with blackcurrant, black cherry, plum and cassis, layered with lavender, graphite, crushed rock and cedar. Full-bodied, powerful yet refined, with fine-grained tannins, bright acidity and a long, mineral-driven finish.

Production Method
Hand‑harvested at night; cold‑soaked then fermented in small closed-top stainless tanks with indigenous yeasts; ~29 days maceration; spontaneous malolactic in barrels; aged ~20 months in French oak (c.61% new); bottled unfined and unfiltered.
