Deep garnet; crushed blackberry, boysenberry, dark chocolate, savory herbs, tobacco and gravelly minerality. Silky yet dusty tannins, vibrant acidity and a long, layered finish.

Production Method

Hand-harvested; indigenous yeast fermentation in small closed-top stainless tanks; 5-day cold soak, 28-day maceration; spontaneous malolactic in barrel; aged ~18 months in new and neutral French oak; unfined and unfiltered.
