Deep black-fruit core of cassis, black cherry and blackberry with violets, cedar, dark chocolate and spice. Full-bodied, velvety yet structured tannins and a long, mineral-tinged finish.

Production Method
Hand-harvested fruit, destemmed and fermented in small tanks; matured ~18–20 months in new French oak (225L) barrels; lightly filtered before bottling. Small-production, single-vineyard cuvée.
