Tasting Note
Aromas of white peach, lemon zest and honeysuckle with crushed-stone minerality; flavors of Golden Delicious apple, white fig and lemon crème. Silky, creamy texture, vibrant acidity and a long, energetic finish.

Food Pairing
Western: roast chicken, butter-poached lobster, grilled salmon, creamy pasta, pork chops. Asian: miso-glazed black cod, tempura, rich-sushi, Cantonese roasted pork, mildly spiced Thai coconut curry.

Production Method
Gently pressed, barrel-fermented and aged 16–18 months in French oak on the lees with partial malolactic fermentation; minimalist vinification to preserve site expression.
