Tasting Note
Light amber; aromas of cooked Blue Weber agave, vanilla, honey, citrus and light oak. Palate shows agave sweetness, gentle caramel, peppery spice and mellow vanilla with a smooth, warm, slightly peppery finish.

Food Pairing
Grilled fish tacos, carne asada, pork carnitas, roasted chicken, citrus ceviche, mole poblano; Asian pairings: sashimi with yuzu, spicy Thai or Szechuan dishes, grilled shrimp, Korean BBQ.

Production Method
Made from 100% Blue Weber agave; piñas baked in ovens, tahona and roller-mill extraction, fermented, double-distilled in small copper pot stills and aged 2–6 months in used American oak/bourbon barrels.

Vineyard Info
Produced at Hacienda Patrón (Atotonilco El Alto, Jalisco). Patrón was launched in 1989 (founders John Paul DeJoria and Martin Crowley) and is crafted as a small-batch, artisan tequila; owned by Bacardi since 2018.
