Tasting Note
Bright straw-yellow. Aromas of lemon, yellow apple, white flowers and herbs with saline/mineral and almond notes. Crisp, medium-bodied, fresh acidity and a persistent citrus-tinged finish.

Production Method
Hand-harvested Falanghina grapes; stainless-steel fermentation at 16–18°C; matured ~5 months on fine lees in steel; bottled under cork.

Paternoster, family winery founded 1927 in Barile (Vulture). ~20 ha of vineyards at 450–600 m on volcanic soils; Tommasi family involvement since 2016 to expand production and distribution.
