Tasting Note
Bright ruby; aromas of blackberry, blueberry, wild berries, pepper, and floral/rosehip notes. Palate shows dark chocolate, coffee, fine-grained tannins, lively acidity and a savory, persistent finish.

Food Pairing
Western: grilled/roast red meats, lamb, game, ragu pasta, aged pecorino; Asian: Korean BBQ (bulgogi), Peking duck, char siu, spicy Sichuan beef, teriyaki-glazed dishes.

Production Method
Destemmed grapes, stainless-steel fermentation with 12–15 days maceration at 25–28°C. Aged ~12–14 months (≈80% large Slavonian oak, 20% used French barriques), then 7–8 months bottle ageing.
