Tasting Note
Medium-full-bodied Bordeaux with black cherry, blackberry, espresso, black truffle, cedar and tobacco. Ripe, silky tannins, bright acidity and a spicy, savory finish with good aging potential.

Western: roast lamb, grilled ribeye, braised beef short ribs, aged cheddar. Asian: Peking duck, char siu (Cantonese BBQ pork), Korean BBQ beef, beef rendang or mushroom-based umami dishes.
Production Method
Hand-harvested, micro-parcel vinification with low-temp pre-fermentation maceration; 28–30 day maceration, malolactic in barrel, aged ~18 months in French oak (majority new).

One of Bordeaux’s oldest estates, owned by Bernard Magrez; ~61–73 ha of Graves gravel soils; certified HVE3 and managed micro-parcellary with modern winemaking team.
