Concentrated black-fruit core (cassis, blackberry, plum) with graphite, cedar, tobacco and iodine; ripe, finely grained tannins, bright mineral spine and an energetic, persistent finish.

Production Method
Hand-harvested; cold pre-fermentation maceration and extended skin contact; ~18 months ageing primarily in French oak barriques (c.66% new) with a portion in large foudres.
