Tasting Note

Concentrated black-currant and black-cherry fruit with graphite, tobacco, cedar and earthy minerality. Full-bodied, with ripe, grainy yet fine tannins, vibrant freshness and a long, mineral-laced finish.

Production Method

Hand-harvested; 30-day maceration; malolactic in oak. Aged 18 months (90% French oak barrels, 10% large foudres).
