Tasting Note
Concentrated blackcurrant and blackberry with violet, cedar, graphite and exotic spice; full-bodied, fresh acidity, firm powdery tannins and a long mineral-tinged finish.

Manual harvest and parcel vinification; cold pre-fermentation maceration; 30–40 day maceration; malolactic in oak; ~18 months in French oak (≈60% new).
