Food Pairing

Western: roast lamb, beef tenderloin, duck confit, aged hard cheeses (Comté, Manchego). Asian: Peking duck, char siu, Korean BBQ (galbi/bulgogi), braised beef short ribs, umami-rich mushroom hotpot.
