Tasting Note
Concentrated black cherry and cassis with violets, sweet tobacco, graphite and baking spice. Full-bodied and plush with fine-grained tannins, bright acidity and a long, mineral-driven finish.

Production Method
Biodynamically farmed grapes, hand-harvested, parcel vinified (stainless/concrete), aged ~20–22 months in French oak (≈60% new), low SO2 policy.
