Tasting Note

Silky, refined Margaux with blackcurrant, plum, bay leaf, cedar and soft spice. Lush mid-palate, polished ripe tannins, low acidity and a long, elegant cassis-toasted-oak finish.


Food Pairing

Western: roast lamb, beef tenderloin, duck confit, venison, mushroom risotto. Asian: Peking duck, char siu, Korean BBQ/galbi, Szechuan beef (milder), umami-rich mushroom hotpot.


Production Method

Fermented by plot and variety in temperature-controlled stainless-steel vats; matured 18–21 months in French oak barrels (approx. 50–60% new).
