Tasting Note
Ripe pear, Nashi, white stone fruit and honeysuckle with ginger and baking-spice accents. Medium-full, gently off-dry palate with a silky lees texture, fresh acidity and a long, spice-laced finish.

Production Method
Grapes given brief skin contact (~3 hours), gentle pressing, majority tank fermentation with ~10% fermented in old French oak; lees ageing for several weeks; bottled with residual sugar left to give off-dry balance.
