Tasting Note
Bright straw colour with citrus, grapefruit, green apple, white peach and light tropical notes; floral (acacia), pronounced minerality and saline hint. Fresh, medium-bodied, textured palate, firm acidity and a very long, persistent finish.

Hand-harvested Alvarinho; cool, slow fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel; no new oak; lees contact and at least six months bottle ageing to gain texture and complexity.
