Tasting Note
Opulent, full-bodied Napa Bordeaux blend: blackberries, black plum, cassis, saddle leather, cedar, and hints of mint and olive. Velvety yet structured, with fine-grained tannins and a long, savory finish.
Food Pairing
Western: grilled ribeye, roast lamb, beef short ribs, aged cheddar, mushroom risotto. Asian: Korean bulgogi or BBQ, char siu, Peking duck, Sichuan beef, teriyaki steak.
Production Method
Hand‑harvested and hand‑sorted high-elevation lots; destemmed, fermented and aged separately; matured ~20 months in nearly 100% new French oak; blended and bottled after additional bottle aging.
