Tasting Note
Energetic, expressive; aromas of lemongrass, white peach and orange blossom. Mouth-filling yet lively palate of mandarin, fresh pineapple and apricot; long, bright finish with ginger and citrus peel.

Western: grilled shrimp tacos, citrus-fennel salad, chèvre or triple-crème cheeses, grilled white fish. Asian: sushi/sashimi, Vietnamese spring rolls, Thai green papaya salad, light Chinese seafood dishes.

Production Method
100% Sauvignon Blanc; each lot barrel-fermented in neutral French oak, aged five months on lees with gentle bâtonnage to build mid-palate texture while preserving acidity. Sourced from five Napa sites.
