Concentrated black and red berry core—black cherry, cassis, raspberry—with cedar, mint, and savory mushroom notes. Polished yet firm tannins, plush texture and a long, spicy finish.

Production Method
Hand-harvested, hand-sorted; fermented in stainless steel to retain fruit lift; aged 15 months in 65% new French oak barrels.
