Tasting Note
A plush, richly fruited Chardonnay: Meyer lemon, grilled pineapple, pear and toasted almond with lemon curd, orange blossom and a hint of baking spice. Opulent texture balanced by bright Carneros acidity and a long almond-pastry finish.

Food Pairing
Western: roast chicken, lobster with brown butter, creamy pasta, seared scallops, brioche-savory dishes. Asian: miso-glazed black cod, sushi (fatty tuna), tempura shrimp, Cantonese roast duck, creamy coconut curries.

Production Method
Hand-harvested lots from Carneros, St. Helena and mountain sites; barrel-fermented and aged in mostly one- to two-year used French oak (Pahlmeyer Chardonnay oak); canopy tunneling and gentle cellar handling.
