Tasting Note
Bright orange blossom and honeysuckle with lemon oil, Marcona almond and preserved Meyer lemon. Mid-palate shows butterscotch, marzipan and grilled pineapple; long, layered, saline-tinged finish.

Food Pairing
Western: roast chicken, grilled pork chop with mustard-thyme cream, lobster or creamy pasta, aged gouda. Asian: miso-glazed black cod, soy-butter scallops, tempura prawns, richer sushi (toro) or Cantonese roast pork.

Production Method
Hand-harvested, hand-sorted and whole-cluster pressed. Barrel fermented and aged in heavily toasted French oak (François Frères) with malolactic fermentation and extended lees aging.
