Tasting Note
Tropical and stone fruits (pineapple, mango, lemon curd) with brioche, toasted almond and a hint of butterscotch. Plush, creamy mid‑palate balanced by fresh acidity and a bright, lingering finish.

Western: lobster or crab with brown butter, roasted chicken, creamy pasta, pork chop with mustard‑thyme, aged gouda. Asian: miso‑glazed black cod, tempura, chicken katsu, salmon sushi/sashimi, mild coconut‑based Thai dishes.

Production Method
Hand‑harvested, whole‑cluster hand‑sorted and gently whole‑cluster pressed. Juice settled, barrel fermented and aged on lees in French oak; blended and aged ~8 months before bottling.
