Bold, full-bodied Napa Cabernet with concentrated blackberry, cassis and black cherry, layered with vanilla, black tea and savory herbal notes; plush texture, firm mid-palate tannins and a long, spicy, savory finish.

Production Method
Night-harvested fruit; whole clusters gravity-fed to vibrating table for hand sorting, gentle de-stemming, cold maceration, 2–3 week fermentation, malolactic in barrel, aged 15 months in 88% new French oak.
